What’s included
Your flat bag price covers front-door pickup and return, washing with your choice of standard or fragrance-free detergent, drying, and folding.
Pickup & delivery
Place your securely closed bag at the pickup location by the time provided for your selected route. Pickup and delivery happen on the listed route days, but exact arrival times may vary.
Pricing & payment
Service is prepaid — your spot on the route is confirmed once payment is complete. One-time pickups are billed when you book; Weekly Regulars are billed automatically each week. If a payment fails, we’ll text you to sort it out before pickup day. Half bags are weighed: 11 lb or less stays $30, over 11 lb is billed as a full bag ($55). If we can’t complete a service, we’ll contact you about a credit or refund.
What’s not included
We machine wash and dry everything we’re given. We don’t offer dry cleaning or hand-wash-only care, and we can’t promise stain removal. Please check care labels before you bag — items that shouldn’t have been machine washed aren’t covered.
Your part
Empty every pocket before bagging. Don’t send hazardous materials, chemicals, or anything unsafe to handle — we may refuse a bag that puts anyone at risk.
If something goes wrong
Tell us about a missing or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. If our handling caused it, we’ll work with you in good faith to make it right. We aren’t responsible for normal wear, shrinkage, color transfer, things left in pockets, or damage that was already there.
Canceling, pauses & texts
One-time pickups: cancel before your pickup day for a full refund. Weekly Regulars: cancel anytime and it takes effect the following week. Headed out of town? Tell us and we’ll pause your plan. By signing up you agree to receive pickup reminders, delivery updates, and billing texts — reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Service area
We serve RiverTown in St. Johns County, Florida. We may decline pickup addresses outside our route area.
